Our plants

The Obaľovne plant is a specialized plant whose main task is the production of various types of asphalt mixtures and the management of construction waste recycling, followed by the storage of usable waste and recyclables at recycling centers. 

EUROVIA SK owns eight coating centers, which are located so that we have operational coverage practically throughout the entire Slovak Republic. We regularly invest considerable financial resources in the technological equipment of our coating plants, resulting in modern, economical, and environmentally friendly technological equipment for the production of a wide range of asphalt mixtures with an emphasis on the quality of the final product.  In addition to standard asphalt mixtures, we also produce various types of special asphalt mixtures at our coating plants, such as:

• colored asphalt mixtures,
•  low-temperature asphalt mixtures with reduced emissions during production,
•  special asphalt mixtures to prevent crack propagation,
•  cold asphalt mixtures,
•  asphalt mixtures with added waste plastics.

In the production of asphalt mixtures, we mainly use aggregates from our own quarries, which are focused on maintaining the high quality of individual types of aggregates. An important topic today is the circular economy with the use of recycled materials. Each of our coating plants is a waste recovery center, which means that we can also produce asphalt mixtures by adding recycled materials from demolished roads. The technological equipment of the coating plants is above standard in terms of occupational safety and environmental protection, which are the fundamental pillars of the VINCI Construction CS Group.
