Ethical conduct

EUROVIA SK has committed to the principles of the Code of ethics and conduct, Anti-corruption Code of Conduct, Subcontractor relations guidelines, Guide on Human rights and VINCI Manifesto. VINCI Construction CS adheres to the standards set out by its Compliance Management System (CMS) as defined by international rules in place throughout the VINCI holding of companies. The purpose of the CMS is the continuous implementation and verification of adherence to measures designed to ensure compliance not only with statutory obligations but also with principles of ethical conduct. Our employees regularly attend training sessions on ethical and transparent conduct. Information regarding suspected misconduct can be reported to the Compliance Officer:
